Values and Ethics

Our values stem from the example and expectations set by our founder, Aaron Smith, whose legacy lives on today. Born without arms or hands, Aaron Smith became a licensed attorney at law, published newspapers and magazines, and established a printing company, leaving a multi-generational legacy for his customers, employees and family.

Put into words, our values create a clearer picture of who we are and how we do business. And while our values are almost a hundred years old, they still apply today. We commit:
